Hello! I’m Andrew Deguzman, a graduate of the University of Maryland, College Park, with a degree in Communications and a focus in Public Relations.
I currently serve as a Digital Content Producer for the Washington Wizards, where I lead both long-form and short-form storytelling initiatives. I serve as the Lead Editor for the team’s in-season documentary series, overseeing narrative development and shaping each episode from concept through final delivery. Alongside that, I produce high-impact, social-first content designed to capture real-time moments, drive engagement, and strengthen the team’s digital presence.
My journey includes internships with organizations like The Baltimore Orioles, Maryland Athletics, and D.C. United. These experiences have prepared me to thrive in fast-paced environments while emphasizing productivity, hard work, organization, and fostering a positive workplace culture.
